
Last night I was not prepared for dinner at all. I had ground beef thawed and didn't have in mind what to cook up. Yes, I know that I need to get on the "meal plan" wagon because it would make life so much easier. Please let me know how you prepare, and what meal plan out there works best for you...
So what did I do? I went to
Skinnytaste for help of course! If you haven't tried her meals, you HAVE to do it! (well, you don't HAVE to...I just strongly recommend it!) Last night I made the
Shepards pie, lightened up. It was sooo delish! Mmm mmm yummy!
I didn't have mushrooms nor celery, so I omitted that from the recipe. But it really turned out super yummy! Let me know if you try it sometime!
